Attorney Noel Quiroz
Originally trained and licensed in Venezuela, I practiced criminal and labor law there for over 16 years before immigrating to the United States in 2014. Since arriving, I have served as an Appeals Hearing Officer with the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (currently in the FAMLI Division Appeal Unit), presiding over hundreds of adversarial hearings, evaluating evidence and credibility, and issuing binding written decisions. This rare judicial perspective—having actually sat on the decision-maker’s side of the bench—gives me uncommon insight into how immigration judges, federal district judges, prosecutors, and bankruptcy trustees assess cases.
I am admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (including the Bankruptcy Court). I am fully authorized to appear in federal immigration matters nationwide.
As an immigrant and former judge myself, I know firsthand the terror of deportation proceedings, the fear of a federal criminal indictment, and the suffocating weight of unpayable debt. My team and I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive representation entirely in Spanish or English, treating every client with dignity, clarity, and fierce advocacy.
